Goals
To create a nurturing environment for girls where they can securely learn and play.
To demonstrate to our young constituents that learning and artistic expression are integral parts of daily life, not simply finite obligations.
To create an atmosphere where girls feel confident enough in themselves that they can later take this experience and assert their ideas and beliefs elsewhere.

Mission
Little Girls, Big Dreams develops after school programs for at risk girls ages 5-9 that enhance their academic and social development in neighborhood schools.
Natania Swirski, Executive Director
Natania Swirski is currently pursuing her Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis in non-profit management. She has volunteered with organizations whose target is young girls for the last 5 years.
Lori Mello, President
Lori Mello has over 18 years in non-profit experience, primarily in Human Serivices and Education. She has provided services for at risk families and youth as well as educational programs for young children in the area of social development. Lori has also taught child theater classes.
Sheila Brown, Secretary
Sheila Brown has worked with at risk youth for the past 5 years. She has assisted of the development of several educational programs in Pontiac and Detroit, Michigan which included social enhancement, tutoring, mentoring and career development. Sheila has volunteered in many organizations both in business and educational capacities.
Thomas R Curski, Project Manager
Thomas has over 22 years experience in the automotive industry. He has recently become interested in volunteering in non-profit organizations, specifically those that work with children and dual language learners. We look forward to combining his business expertise with our mission.
